Specialist Food Safety Consultant

From her beginnings as a Chef in two-hatted restaurants, her eye for detail and dedication to teamwork led her to become a specialist Food Safety Trainer, Consultant, Registered Victorian Department of Health Auditor and approved Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC) RSA Trainer for the industry.

She is a dynamic facilitator and also a Food Safety Program writer.
